The PVG-C96 can be fed with skidsteers, compact loaders and bucket tractors (up to 84″ bucket) to produce 30 to 50 yards per hour depending upon the size of your machine’s bucket and the screen size. You will find this PVG-C 96 to be very well built. The shell is formed out of 3/16″ plate for long term wear and durability.

ENGINE AND DRIVE

The PVG-C96 is powered by a Genuine HONDA GX200 engine with a 6:1 built in gear reduction. From the engine, power is transferred through four B style belts on our self aligning clutch cluster. The self aligning clutch system was designed for even belt tension and alignment. Power then is divided to the twin eccentric screen deck assembly and the medium product discharge conveyor. At full RPM the screen deck will move up and down, 400 times per minute, while the discharge conveyor travels at 580 feet per minute.

SCREEN SLOPE ADJUSTMENT

This unit comes with an extendable leg kit that will allow you to change the slope of the screen deck from 45 degrees to 36 degrees to adjust for varied soil conditions.

FEEDER ADJUSTMENT

The PVG-C96 has a unique OMH feed system designed to allow the operator to adjust the feed gates and metering wings to obtain the desired material flow over the screen deck.

MOVING THE UNIT

This screener weighs in at 2200 lbs and can be moved around the job site by inserting your buckets cutting edge into the lifting lugs, or it can be transported using pallet forks in the lifting pockets.

In addition, this unit can be fitted with a tow package that will allow it to be towed around the job site. This tow kit is not for legal highway use.

ACCESSORIES

Dust Suppression System – Designed to be used with a garden hose using 40 to 60 psi water pressure. This system emits a fine mist to trap airborne dust particles.

Wash Bar – This system allows various sizes of rock to be washed while traveling over the screen deck using up to 150 gallons per minute of water.
